09/01/08 - Vision integrates with Sprint's OVM Tool

Vision Wireless has started to integrate their solutions with Sprint's Order Verification Module (OVM) tool.  This will completely automate many account management processes that typically require human intervention!

The OVM tool provides Vision with a direct pipeline into Sprint's internal systems. 

Activations become instantaneous!

Common customer support items, such as; changing rate plans & adding features can be done in real time though a web interface.
